1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MyBalanceNow card management services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Cardholder Agreement

3. Card Usage Restrictions

Cards may not have paid us any amounts including interest and cost or employee other premiums, outside of the U.S. or the District of Columbia. We note no ATM access. See Cardholder Agreement for details. Cards are distributed and serviced by InCarmx Financial Services, Inc., which is licensed as a Money Transporter by the New York State Department of Financial Services. Note: IDP 034774.

4. Important Updates

Important Update: Fairmont, N.A. is one the leader of client previously issued by Target Bank and clients terms and conditions, including governing law for those cards have changed. Please note that lack of your card to determine the call will be set out in the "Cardholder Agreement" lists when updated terms and conditions that may apply by your card.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyBalanceNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
